After Meso Bio Synergy treatment, it is important to follow a gentle skincare routine to support optimal skin regeneration and results. Avoid strong active ingredients (such as acids or retinol), harsh exfoliation, and any friction on the skin for several days.

Heat exposure such as saunas, steam baths, and intense workouts should also be avoided for around 3–4 days, as the skin is more sensitive during the regeneration phase.
